Pay Direct System of Revenue Collection

  1. The Gombe State Government has introduced a new and simple method of paying taxes and fees in respect of Gombe State Board of Internal Revenue, and all revenue generating Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) of the State
     
     
  2. The system which has commenced on the 8th July, 2009 would enable taxpayers to pay in (any branch of the following Banks anywhere in the country:
     
    COLLECTING BANKS
    Tax payers can pay in any branch of the following
      1.   UBA Plc
      2.   Skye Bank
      3.   Oceanic Bank
      4.   Intercontinental
      5.   Unity Bank
      6.   Bank PHB
      7.   Union Bank
      8.   AfriBank
      9.   Fin Bank
      10.   FCMB
      11.   First Bank of Nigeria Plc.
      12.   Fidelity Bank Plc.
      13.   Guarantee Trust Bank (GTB)
      14.   EcoBank
      15.   Access Bank


  3. GOMBE STATE BOARD OF INTERNAL REVENUE:

    Taxpayers can make payment in respect of:
             
    1.   Seasonal Income Tax:
        i.   PAYE (Pay As You Earn)
        ii.   Direct Assessment.
        iii.   Withholding Tax
             
    2.   Stamp Duties.
             
    3.   Road Taxes:
        i.   Vehicle Number Plate
        ii.   Motor Vehicle Registration
        iii.   Vehicle License
        iv.   Drivers License
        v.   Proof of Ownership
        vi.   Driver and conductor badges.
        vii.   Learners permit
        viii.   Change of ownership.
        ix.   Capital gains tax

     
  4. FEES AND FINES

    All fees ond fines been collected by revenue generating Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) of the state.
     
     
  5. PAYMENT PROCEDURE

    Tax payers should visit any branch of the Banks listed above:

    a). Collect a customize Bank Teller from the Bank cashier.
    b). Fill in the Bank Teller
    c). Pay in
    d). Collect a temporary receipt instantly
    e). Collect Revenue Receipt from the relevant Revenue Agency.
