People - Tenure of the office of members
Any person appointed as a member under the Edict shall remain a member if:
| a | - | He is an Ex-Officio member and he holds the office by virtue of which he is a member of the Board |
| b | - | Incase of a person who is a member of the Board, for a period of three years and shall be eligible for re-appointment. |
| c | - | If the Governor is satisfied that a member of the Board has became bankrupt or has been convicted for an offence involving fraud or dishonesty |
